Exchange/Return Terms

You can exchange or return a product that does not suit you within 14 days of purchase.

You can exchange the product if: it did not fit in size, appearance, any defect was found. The main condition for exchange / return is that the product has not been used, but its packaging, labels, properties, product appearance and factory labels have been preserved. Exchange and return of goods is carried out with the help of the "Nova Poshta" courier service.

When receiving the goods, be sure to open the package at the post office or in the presence of the courier, check the compliance of the goods with the order and its preservation.

Please note that underwear, bodysuits, as well as clothes from the home collection cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange/return procedure

You can exchange / return the product by sending it as a parcel with the help of the "Nova Poshta" company in the original packaging. The delivery address is listed on the invoice you received with your order. Costs in connection with the return of the goods are covered by the buyer. To do this, when sending the parcel, select "Payment by the sender".
